- Milk300 ml
- Salt and seasoning to taste to taste
- Oil for frying300 ml
- Peel the onion and cut into strips (rings), a little less than 1 cm thick.
- Soak the rings in water for at least 1 hour to remove the acidity from the onion.
- Add salt and seasoning to taste in the breadcrumbs.
- First pass the onion in the milk. Then in wheat flour. Then in the milk. Then in breadcrumbs. Then in the milk again. Finally, roll in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil well and fry.
