- Canned beer1 unit(s)
- Seasonings (salt, pepper and sweet paprika) to taste
- Processed mayonnaise1 unit(s)
- Parsley200 g
- Cut the onions into strips and place in a refractory, add the flour, the spices and lastly the beer. Stir until everything is incorporated, it will be a soft cream and the idea is the same;
- With a tablespoon take portions of this cream and fry in hot oil;
- To make the Green Mayonnaise, just grind the parsley and add it to the industrialized mayonnaise, stir until everything is incorporated.
