Onions Breaded in Beer

Corte a cebola em fatias não muito finas. 
Separe os anéis e deixe de molho na água com gelo por 5 minutos. 
Enquanto descansa prepara a massa, misture a farinha, o amido, o fermento, sal, pimenta do reino, páprica e meia lata de cerveja. Misture tudo e mergulhe as cebolas.
Fritar em óleo bem quente.
Servir com algum molho 

Cut the onion into thin slices.
Separate the rings and soak in ice water for 5 minutes.
While resting, prepare the dough, mix the flour, starch, yeast, salt, black pepper, paprika and half a can of beer. Mix everything and dip the onions.
Fry in very hot oil.
Serve with some sauce
