- Wheat flour2 cup
- Dry Biological Yeast1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Warm Water120 ml
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Filling: Ground Beef200 g
- Medium Onion, chopped or grated to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella100 g
- Mix the yeast, sugar and oil with a spoon.
- Add warm water and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour and salt. Mix well.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise covered for 45 minutes.
- Sauté and season the ground beef.
- Add the tomato and squeeze the lemon.
- Finish with the onion.
- Shape the esfihas in the greased pan and bake for 20 minutes in the Medium Oven.
- After that, fill the esfihas and place the mozzarella cut into strips on the edges.
- Bake for + 20 minutes or until golden brown.
