  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Dry Biological Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Warm Water120 ml
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Filling: Ground Beef200 g
  • Medium Onion, chopped or grated to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella100 g
  1. Mix the yeast, sugar and oil with a spoon.
  2. Add warm water and mix well.
  3. Add the wheat flour and salt. Mix well.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise covered for 45 minutes.
  6. Sauté and season the ground beef.
  7. Add the tomato and squeeze the lemon.
  8. Finish with the onion.
  9. Shape the esfihas in the greased pan and bake for 20 minutes in the Medium Oven.
  10. After that, fill the esfihas and place the mozzarella cut into strips on the edges.
  11. Bake for + 20 minutes or until golden brown.
