- Ham200 g
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Cornmeal50 g
- Chopped Escarole70 g
- Cream cheese50 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Filling Chop and wash the escarole and let it drain Grate the ham and mozzarella cheese Mix with cottage cheese
- Pasta Mix the flour, sugar, butter, eggs and yeast, mix well, add the salt and water little by little until you get a dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Knead for 3 minutes, let it rest for 5 minutes, and divide it into pieces of 30 gr, roll it into small balls and let it rest for another 03 minutes. After the rest, throw the cornmeal on the table and with your fingertips press the dough until it forms a small edge, place it on a greased roast and place the stuffing, and let it rest for 05 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees Bake at 200 gr for 10 minutes and lower to 170 degrees for another 5 minutes.
