- Pie dough500 g

- Salami (stuffing to your liking)150 g
- Cottage cheese150 g
- Parsley (green smell) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Open the pie dough, cut 3 square. One will be the base, and the other 2 with a cut in the middle to be the walls and not leak the stuffing.
- Brush on the base and the other 2 one by one to bind. Brush the outside and put it in the fridge.
- Turn on the oven to warm up.
- Take the dough from the fridge, place it on the greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
- For the stuffing, mix the salami, the curd, the parmesan cheese and the parsley in a bowl (green smell). Put salt to taste and put this stuffing in the dough.
