- Corn Starch1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Preheat oven to medium temperature (180°C).
- Grease and flour a round form with a medium central hole (20 cm diameter).
- Cut the orange into 4 pieces and remove the seeds that are visible.
- In the blender cup, place the orange, eggs, oil, sugar, and beat until smooth.
- In a bowl, sift the wheat flour, the cornstarch MAIZENA® and the yeast, and add, little by little, the blender mixture, stirring until a creamy mass is obtained.
- Place the dough in the reserved tin and bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean after being inserted into the dough.
- Remove from the oven, wait to cool and unmold. Serve next.
