- Beat the eggs, orange juice and oil in a blender.
- Then add the wheat and sugar and orange zest and mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Lastly add the yeast, stir for a few more minutes and place the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape with a central hole.
- Bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 40 minutes and it's ready.
