- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In the mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and butter until an aerated foam forms.
- Then gradually add the orange juice and zest.
- Add the wheat flour little by little. Finally, put the yeast without stirring, just mix.
- Put the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape, take it to the preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes.
- For the syrup, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of orange juice and orange zest to decorate.
- Syrup preparation method: in a pan, place the sugar and orange juice until it reduces and thickens (about 15 minutes).
- Once the cake is ready, pierce it and pour the syrup on top. Finally, sprinkle the orange zest. Then just enjoy yourself.
