  • Sugar300 g
  • Eggs03 unit(s)
  • Salt, a pinch to taste
  • Wheat flour02 cup
  • Royal powder01 tablespoon
  1. Cut an orange into four parts and remove the seeds and the white part so it doesn't become bitter.
  2. In the blender, place the parts of the orange with the peel, the eggs, the sugar, the oil and beat well.
  3. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the flour, salt and mix well. Finally, add the royal powder and mix.
  4. Place in a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. For the syrup, take the juice of three oranges and 1/2 American cup of sugar and heat until it becomes a syrup and pour it on the cake while it is still hot.
