- In a bowl, place the minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, oil, parsley and chives and stir well until everything is mixed.
- Arrange the filling on top of the toast until it is high.
- Drizzle homemade mayonnaise on top of the filling.
- Garnish with the radish slices on top of the mayonnaise droplet and serve.
