  • Duckling meat, minced on the tip of a knife300 g
  • Chopped Small Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt2 g
  • Olive oil30 ml
  • Parsley20 g
  • Chives20 g
  • Square shaped black bread toasts24 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise100 ml
  • Thinly sliced mini radishes for garnish2 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, place the minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, oil, parsley and chives and stir well until everything is mixed.
  2. Arrange the filling on top of the toast until it is high.
  3. Drizzle homemade mayonnaise on top of the filling.
  4. Garnish with the radish slices on top of the mayonnaise droplet and serve.
