- Seasonings. to taste
- First, leave the chickpeas in a bowl of water for about six hours, if possible, change the liquid at least once.
- Then, put everything inside a pressure cooker and add three cups (tea) of water. Let it cook for about 25 min.
- Take it to the fridge until the next day. To add crunch, place the beans on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil (plenty of it!!!) and add any seasonings you want.
- Bake for 25 minutes and over time, shake the pan to brown all parts.
