- Granulated Tapioca500 g
- Warm whole milk900 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- grated coconut1/2 cup
- In a container, place the tapioca and add the milk and sugar little by little, being careful not to get lumpy, add half of the condensed milk and grated coconut to taste.
- Mix everything, grease a pan with margarine/butter, add the cake and let it rest in the fridge for about 8 hours to get consistency.
- Unmold and throw the rest of the condensed milk and grated coconut on top and serve.
- Easy and yummy!
