- In boiling water, cook the sausage (so it boils, throw the water out, add more water and boil a little more) so you remove excess coloring from the sausage. Tip: before boiling, make a cut on the sides of the sausage. Remove from heat, drain all water and set aside. Once cool, cut the sausages into slices.
- In a pan over medium heat, place the oil with garlic and onion, add the pepper (all already minced) and sauté well. Add the seasonings and tomato paste. Add the sausage and a little water. Stir well and let it boil for ten minutes.
- Mounting: Cover the bottom of a Pyrex dish with the mayonnaise, open the buns in half and rest in this mayonnaise turning the inside of the bun facing up. Spread mayonnaise on top. Add ketchup and mustard. Spread it well. Add the sausages and a little of the tomato sauce. (Reserve some sauce) Put green corn. Put the mashed potato and the rest of the sausage sauce. Cover everything with mozzarella. Put the rest of the tomato sauce and cover with potato straw. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. serve.
