- Recipe
- Oat Flour150 g
- Sour Cream2 tablespoon
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until it forms a moldable dough.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and with a round pastry cutter or cup make round cuts
- Fill each slice with a filling of your choice (chicken, meat, cheese…)
- Close the pastry and mash the sides with a fork.
- Brush the top of each one with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
