- Let's prepare a "white sauce". In a bowl, add the cream and cream cheese, mix well and set aside.
- Grease the glass dish with butter or margarine.
- Arrange the slices of bread on the platter. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce, make a layer of loin and another of mozzarella.
- Now spread a layer of the "white sauce" and lastly, slices of tomato and oregano. Make another layer of loaf of bread and now we are going to assemble the "cover".
- Its difference is that we are going to change the order of the mozzarella so that it can brown, so it looks like this: tomato sauce > sirloin > "white sauce > mozzarella > tomato and oregano.
- Bake until the cheese melts, you can place the grill if you have it. It takes about 15 to 25 min, 180°C.
