- Oat flakes120 g
- Chia seed1 tablespoon
- Milk (can be plant milk)80 ml
- Natural yogurt80 ml
- Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
- Strawberry6 unit(s)
- In a glass jar, mix the oatmeal, chia, milk, yogurt and peanut butter. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Then, when it's time to eat, add the strawberries and it's ready.
- TIP: make the night to eat the next day!!!!
