- Milk400 ml
- Chia1 tablespoon
- Whey Scoop1 unit(s)
- Granola1 tablespoon
- Red fruit jelly2 tablespoon
- In a container that has a lid, place the milk and mix with the oatmeal, chia and Whey scoop.
- Store in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove from the fridge, add the jam and let it chill for another 2 hours.
- Finally, add granola and other toppings.
