- Honey1 teaspoon
- Natural yogurt2 cup
- Banana1 unit(s)
- Optional cocoa1/2 teaspoon
- In a container, place the oats, chia, honey, yogurt and cocoa powder. Mix well, cover and leave in the fridge.
- The next day, cut a banana and put it on top.
