- Hydrated Chia1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes3 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Almond Milk (or your choice)50 ml
- Greek Yogurt3 tablespoon
- Banana (fruit of your choice)1 unit(s)
- Honey or Agave1 tablespoon
- Chestnuts, walnuts to taste
- In a jar, place the oats, chia, vanilla extract, agave and mix.
- Add Greek yogurt, vanilla milk.
- Mix well and place in the fridge overnight.
- Remove from the fridge, put banana and the fruits you like the most, chestnuts and nuts and your overnigt oats is ready.
