- Recipe
- Milk (I used almond milk)120 ml
- Strawberries to taste
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- Chia seeds1 tablespoon
- Honey to taste
- Mix of granola and nuts to taste
- In a blender, place the milk and strawberries and blend for 1 min.
- Place in a pot, add oatmeal and chia seeds and mix well. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours (overnight is ideal).
- Add the mix, honey and more fruit if you like and you're done! Super easy and quick to make, but you have to let the oats and chia hydrate!
- Tip: make several and leave it in the fridge to eat in the next few days!
