- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Prepare dough: - 2 cups of wheat - 1/2 spoon butter - 200 ml warm milk - salt to taste Mix until it doesn't stick to your hands, you can add wheat or milk if necessary, until you get a homogeneous mixture. Divide the dough into smaller pieces (I made 6), open and place in a skillet over medium heat, after turning the dough side over, cover with stuffing: - Tomato Sauce - grated mozzarella cheese - onion rings - sliced cherry tomatoes - oregano - basil - rosemary Cover the skillet and leave on low heat until the cheese melts.
