First, separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites, gradually add the sugar
Beat the egg yolks, warm the milk, add the vanilla essence and mix together the egg yolks
Add the sifted flour and then the yeast stirring gently
Add the egg whites to the dough, but do it in three steps.
Always stirring gently from bottom to top with the help of a spatula
In a preferably non-stick pan, place small portions of the dough with the help of a ladle, gently turn the other side until both are golden.
