- Beat the egg whites, gradually add the sugar
- Beat the egg yolks, warm the milk, add the vanilla essence and mix together the egg yolks
- Add the sifted flour and then the yeast stirring gently
- Add the egg whites to the dough, but do it in three steps.
- Always stirring gently from bottom to top with the help of a spatula
- In a preferably non-stick pan, place small portions of the dough with the help of a ladle, gently turn the other side until both are golden.
