- Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add a drizzle of olive oil and panko flour.
- Add 2 crushed garlic cloves and thyme sprigs
- Stir constantly and add more oil gradually
- When golden, remove the garlic and thyme, add 2-3 pieces of lemon peel
- Remove the lemon peel, add the parsley and adjust the salt
