- Oat flakes5 tablespoon
- Skimmed milk5 tablespoon
- Papaya Papaya1/2 unit(s)
- Natural skimmed yogurt1 unit(s)
- Chia1 tablespoon
- Hydrate the oatmeal with the milk and place half of the mixture in the bottom of a pot and cover with the chopped papaya.
- Add the other half of the hydrated oatmeal and place the yogurt mixed with chia on top.
- Cover and let rest in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, just enjoy yourself. Remembering that this is a great request for breakfast or afternoon snack.
