- Passion Fruit Juice1/2 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing1 to taste
- In a blender, beat the eggs, margarine, sugar, passion fruit juice and water.
- Pour into a bowl, mix in the flour, add the yeast and mix gently with a spoon.
- Pour into a greased and floured 26cm diameter pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes.
