- wheat flour (320 g)2/5 cup
- Salt0 to taste

- Add the cream, wheat flour, salt and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Place the dough on a smooth, floured surface and knead well with your hands.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- With a rolling pin, roll out the dough very thin and cut discs (7 cm).
- Place a portion of filling on each disc of dough, fold in half into a half moon and close by pinching the edges with a fork.
- Fry the pastries in hot oil until golden.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately.
