- Milk Jerimum200 g
- Milk250 ml
- Water250 ml
- Butter60 g
- Wheat flour300 g
- Salt to taste
- Cook the milk pumpkin until it is very soft. Knead well while still hot.
- In a pan put: the milk, the water (I use the one used to cook the pumpkin), the crushed pumpkin, the butter and the salt. Bring to fire.
- When the butter has melted and the mixture has boiled, add the flour, stirring constantly until the dough is smooth and homogeneous, with no lumps of flour and coming off the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat, let cool, fill and fry.
