- ham and mozzarella. to taste
- oregano. to taste
- Make a roll with the ham and mozzarella (sprinkle the oregano), the roll has to fit in the middle of the pastry dough.
- Place the stuffing roll in the middle of the dough and close.
- To close, you will brush with water (just a drop of water so it doesn't jump when frying), fold the ends and press very carefully, to seal.
- Preheated oil and fry on low heat
