- Put the wheat, salt and milk cream and mix until a smooth dough.
- Open the dough on a bench and shape the pastries. You can cut the round discs with a cutter or the help of a glass. You can make squares.
- I usually use a mix of cheeses for the filling: rennet, grated mozzarella, chopped tomato, chopped olives and oregano.
- Fry the pastries in hot oil.
