- Garlic to taste
- Basil to taste
- Oat flakes3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Chop the garlic and basil and mix with the peas. Mash the peas with a fork
- Add the dry ingredients and form balls
- Dip the balls in breadcrumbs
- Fry or bake in the oven 180* until they turn golden
