- Roasted and crushed peanuts1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Ripe banana2 unit(s)
- Melted butter or coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Raisin to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence (optional)1 dessert spoon
- Beat the eggs, bananas and butter in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Add the other ingredients and hit the blender very quickly just to mix the Ingredients.
- Transfer the dough to a form (15 cm) greased and sprinkled with brown sugar (it leaves the cake caramelized on the outside and looks beautiful).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
