- Salt1 coffee spoon
- In a refractory, place the peanuts to toast in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- In a mixer or blender place the shelled and roasted peanuts and beat until it has a creamy consistency. Add sugar and salt.
- Place in a jar and keep in the fridge. Great to consume for breakfast and replace desserts.
