- Chicken eggs2 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
- Peanut flour1 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Brown sugar3/4 cup
- Water at room temperature1/2 cup
- Chemical yeast for cake1 tablespoon
- In a bowl add the eggs, peanut butter, sugar and mix well.
- Then add the peanut flour and oatmeal. Mix well.
- Add the water and mix. Add the yeast and mix gently. Place the dough in an already greased form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40min. Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding. - It is possible to do it in the air fryer also at 200°C for 15min!
