- Demerera sugar200 g
- First take the peanuts still raw, put them in a blender until the beans are well ground. And for some repient.
- Then add the sugar, cinnamon, egg ferments and mix with the peanuts.
- Then put it on a flat place and knead the dough.
- Using a rolling pin, spread the dough evenly over the surface.
- Cut into strips and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and keep an eye on it, when it browns, just remove it and wait for it to cool down to be able to take off.
