- Cassava flour250 g

- Roast the peanuts and remove all the shell. Grind until it forms a flour.
- Heat the margarine in a frying pan, add the peanuts and stir.
- Add the manioc flour, salt and mix well, until crumbs form.
- Remove the farofa from the heat and store in a closed container with a lid.
