- Coconut milk (cow's milk or water)3 tablespoon
- To make the tart base, place the buckwheat, cocoa powder, dates, lemon zest and salt in a food processor. Crush. Fundamental to use the buckwheat in grains and grind it in the processor. Do not use a blender, otherwise it will turn into flour and will impact the texture of the dough.
- Grease individual forminhas or use silicone, put the dough and press well with the help of your fingers.
- Place in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes Remove from the freezer and place the peanut butter on the base of the pie (1 spoon of shallow dessert) and take it to the freezer again, while you prepare the topping.
- For the topping, place the 70% chocolate and coconut milk in a bain-marie, mix well with the fouet, until creamy and homogeneous. Place over the pie.
- Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes and serve. It's a Pie with 3 layers of flavor! It's amazing to feel the texture of each of them!
