- Skimmed milk250 ml
- Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- With the help of a mixer, beat the milk with the peanut butter. Take the mixture to the fire, along with the cinnamon and the xylitol and keep stirring so that nothing sticks to the bottom.
- When it boils, just transfer it to a cup and enjoy.
