- Pork lard150 g
- Organic Yeast15 g
- Sugar15 g
- Salt10 g
- Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Water200 ml
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Mix the dry ingredients, add the lard and water; stir and knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Let it ferment for 1 hour. Then, open the dough with a cylinder, cut it to the desired size, put the finely chopped pepperoni and the cheese curds or preferably stuffing, close the dough and brush with the yolk. Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes. I like to do it on the barbecue, approximately 20 cm from the coal or wood oven. Bye, bye brigadu!
