- English Potato500 g
- Corn starch1 cup
- Smoked pepperoni250 g
- Green Scent (parsley, chives and cilantro) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Curry to taste
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs300 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Oil to taste
- Peel the potato and cook with a pinch of salt.
- Once cooked, drain and mash
- Add the starch, curry, parsley and season with salt.
- Put the mixture in the fridge and set aside.
- Remove the shell from the pepperoni and finely grate
- Chop the onion and put the oil in a pan
- After a light frying, add garlic and the grated pepperoni. Let it dry well. Turn off and let cool
- Take some of the dough, roll it and make a hole in the middle and put the stuffing
- Roll again leaving stuffing in the middle and leave croquette shape
- Dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs, repeat procedure
- Light to fry in hot oil or bake in air fryer or oven
