- Oil for deep frying300 ml
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Pass the pepperoni in the food processor so that they are finely crushed. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add the beaten egg and mix by hand.
- Gradually add the breadcrumbs until it resembles dumpling dough.
- Heat the oil well in a pan.
- Shape the dumplings with your hands and fry them by immersing them in hot oil.
- Drain the fried dumplings on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Serve with ketchup and a cold beer or soft drink.
