Naturally fermented wholemeal bread1 unit(s)
Natural solid tuna2 tablespoon
Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
pesto sauce1 dessert spoon
Sliced tomato1 unit(s)
Mozzarella30 g

Place the slice of bread on a non-stick baking sheet.
Put the tomato sauce on top of the bread, the tuna, the mozzarella and finish with the tomato.
Drizzle with a little oil and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
Add the basil pesto just before serving.
