- In a blender, place 2 eggs, 1 and a half cup of milk and half a cup of oil. Beat for 2 minutes. 2. Then add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth mixture. 3. Pour half of the blender mixture into a greased and floured pan. 4. Add 1 grated carrot, 1 can of corn and 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese. 5. Then put the rest of the dough and add grated Parmesan cheese to taste. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 40 minutes or until golden. 7. Serve immediately.@maryjane
