Abrir a massa na mármore com auxílio de um rolo e um plástico dobrado.

Roll out the dough in the marble with the help of a rolling pin and a folded plastic.

Cubrir com uma massa e pincelar com gema.

Cover with dough and brush with egg yolk.

Colocar para assar em forno pré aquecido por uns 40 minutos 

Place in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
