- Ricotta350 g
- Whole wheat flour1 cup

- Natural yogurt1 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener3 tablespoon
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Whole eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener for filling1/2 cup
- Whole wheat flour for the filling1 tablespoon
- Orange zest2 coffee spoon
- Light jelly5 tablespoon
- Mix 3 tablespoons of sweetener, margarine, egg yolks and yogurt in a bowl.
- Add the flour, mixing little by little. Lastly, the yeast.
- Cover the dough and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes and set aside.
- For the filling, mix the ricotta with the eggs, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour, 1/3 cup of sweetener, skim milk, orange zest and curd.
- After 15 minutes in the fridge, open the dough and line a shape. Then place the filling on top of the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the pie for 30 minutes. After the pie has cooled, add jam and serve chilled.
