- Wheat Flour250 g
- Warm Water300 ml
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Margarine or butter (melted)1 tablespoon
- Egg I put on top of the pie1 unit(s)
- In a glass bowl, place the flour, salt and margarine and add the water little by little, mix well until you get a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands.
- I let the dough rest for about 20 minutes in the fridge.
- I stretched a part of the dough with the help of a rolling pin and put it in a form that covered the bottom and had the sides covered, I was fixing it with my fingers.
- Stuffing was leftover roasted chicken, I chopped two drumsticks and a drumstick. I made a homemade white sauce (milk, cornstarch, salt, oregano and a little cream).
- I stretched another piece of dough and covered the pie, pressing the edges well.
- I lightly beat an egg and placed it on top of the pie to make it golden brown.
- I took it to bake.
