- Unleavened Wheat Flour500 g
- Butter 80% lipids300 g
- Salt to taste
- Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
- Shredded chicken to taste
- Place all the dough ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed, gradually add the flour. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. If the dough is too dry, add a little more butter.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest.
- Line the molds with the dough, separate a portion and press against the bottom and side of the mold. Don't let the dough get too thick, remove the excess and repeat the procedure with all the molds. Reserve some of the dough for the lids.
- Fill the molds with the cooled filling.
- Place the rest of the dough on a large piece of cling film, cover with another piece of cling film and roll out.
- Cut slices a little larger than the diameter of the molds and cover the pies, pinch the edges with your fingertips.
- Brush the pie with the beaten egg yolk and bake until golden, about 20 minutes. After roasting, wait for it to cool down to unmold.
