- Recipe
- Cooked and shelled pine nuts200 g
- Water300 ml
- Warm water300 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Melted butter30 g
- Cooked and chopped pine nuts100 g
- In a blender, place the pine nuts and water and blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, pour the warm water, sugar and yeast and mix well. Next, put the water cream and pine nuts.
- Gradually add the flour until you get a soft dough.
- Add salt and melted butter and mix
- Continue adding flour little by little and mixing until you get a dough that doesn't stick too much to your hands.
- Knead well until you get an elastic dough. To check if it's done, hold the dough and see how it will fall. If it stretches well, it's fine. If it breaks too fast, you need to knead more.
- When the dough is kneaded, open the dough a little with your hands stretching and add the chopped pine nuts.
- Knead again to integrate the chopped pine nuts into the dough. Then let it rise until it doubles in size.
- Always let the dough rise in a closed, warm place.
- After the dough has doubled in volume, squeeze lightly to expel excess air.
- Model two loaves and place in the greased forms. Return to the closed place for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
