- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil50 ml
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Sauce: Sliced Pineapple or Nanica Banana150 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Start caramelizing the pineapple: Put the sugar in the pan and when the sugar is golden, add the water and let it boil until it starts to thicken.
- Turn off the heat and add the Pineapple. Reserve.
- Beat the eggs, sugar and oil well.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Add the Wheat Flour and stir slowly with a spoon, just until smooth. (If you move too much, it won't be fluffy)
- Finish by mixing the yeast.
- Place the pineapple caramel in the pan and cover with the dough.
- Bake in preheated medium oven 30 to 40 minutes.
