- Cottage2 tablespoon
- grated mozzarella1/2 cup
- Cherry tomato cut in half5 unit(s)
- Dried Oregano to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Cover the flatbread with the cottage cheese. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top, add the tomatoes and oregano.
- Place in a heated non-stick skillet and cover.
- Bake on low heat until the cheese melts well.
- Drizzle with oil and serve immediately.
